WE GUARANTEE TO HOLD ALL OUR PRICES FOR 12 MONTHS FOR ALL OUR CLIENTS.
Lure you in with introductory prices then double them overnight without warning? That’s what we don’t do. Our prices are some of the best in the country, customers trust us to provide safe secure facilities at low prices, that’s what we deliver.
We don’t charge clients extra for ground floor units, if there is a ground floor unit available, you can have it.
We don’t charge extra for lift access and trolleys and pump trucks are always available.
We certainly don’t charge extra for 24-hour access. Our business is built on providing the best service to our customers at great prices, no fuss.
ABOUT THE 7 DAY MIN. TERM
No long term contracts.
Our minimum term is just 7 days. After your initial week in storage, you are free to vacate your unit when you wish. We only ask that you leave your self storage unit in the condition you found it in when you leave.
About FREE 24 HR ACCESS
All our clients get free 24/7 access to their units 365 days a year for FREE. Simple. Other companies charge a premium for this. You won’t have to book an appointment, just access your goods at any time of day.
how to get started
Find a unit that fits – we will show you the unit in person during your check-in. You can upsize or downsize during your check-in and even while you are in store.
Make a reservation – online or over the phone, let us know you need space! Once you have made your reservation you can book your ‘check-in’
Check-in – just like checking into a hotel. Just bring your ID. You can start using your storage space immediately after check-in is completed or check-in up-to 7 days before you want to move your goods into storage.
About leaving us
You are free to leave at any point after your first 7 days in storage.
While we have some customers that have been with us for over 10 years, we appreciate everyone is different and some only need our space for a week or two. Whilst we will be sad to see you go simply empty your room and either pop into reception, or give us a call to let us know your room is now empty as we require no advanced notice to vacate.
Deposits are returned within 3 business days of vacating and notifying us your room is now empty.
ABOUT PREMIER SECURITY
Each and every one of our self-storage units is individually alarmed. Over 600 units.
Our security systems also log each time a unit is accessed. This has proven especially useful for businesses who have to keep track of who accessed what and when.
We also have full 24/7 CCTV with night vision across the facility and grounds. We protect your goods like our lives depends on it.
The Premier Self Storage facility also features motion-sensitive light. The sophisticated system is monitored 24/7 for added security and peace of mind.
